Know the difference between things you need and things you buy for your enjoyment or to impress people who don't even know you exist. Save for the reigning day, because you might have to fight the battle alone when nothing is left. Build network and quality relationships; Get out there and interact with people who can truly add value to your life. Don't do this out of friendship; instead, be open to learning and seizing opportunities that you might not have otherwise discovered if you hadn't moved out in the first place.
